Fiber Laser Cutting

Precision. Speed. Power.

Our new fiber laser cutting system represents the most advanced standard for stainless steel sheet processing.
With a power of 20 kW, the system adapts to every need, from single parts to large series, achieving perfect cuts up to a maximum thickness of 50 mm.

The system is also served by a fully automated warehouse with a loading capacity of up to 90 tons,
ensuring a continuous material flow and efficient workflow management.

Flat Laser Cuttings

Our laser cutting systems, served by automatic stores with a capacity of approximately 800 tonnes, allow us to process numerous sheets of metal in various formats, ranging from a minimum of 0.8 mm to a maximum of 36 mm, every day.

Plasma Cutting

We have a plasma cutting system that allows us to create complex holes and profiles with the highest quality and definition, processing slabs up to 100 mm thick.

Saw cutting

Our vertical saw enables the longitudinal cutting of plates, sheets and blocks up to a maximum thickness of 150 mm.

3D Pipe Laser cutting

Our two laser pipe systems can process stainless steel pipes and bars up to a maximum wall thickness of 6 mm and a maximum diameter of 254 mm.
The cutting head performs perpendicular cuts and, thanks to the bevelled cutting option, can also perform high-quality mitre cuts at angles of up to 45°.

We have two band saws that allow us to supply solid rods and hollow bars to size according to customer requirements.

Satin Finishing

As far as surface treatments are concerned, we have a satin-finishing machine that allows us to perform satin-finishing operations on sheets, profiles and tubular sections (with a maximum length of 200 mm per side).

Our fleet of machinery comprises four bending machines, which allow the processing of sheet metal up to a maximum length of 6 metres.

Automatic Welding

Besides relying on the skilful hands of our welders to perform complex carpentry work, we have an automatic welding machine with a penetration capacity of up to 10 mm.

Thanks to the use of this cutting-edge technology, we can produce non-standard tubular parts in lengths of up to a maximum of 250 mm per side.
